Can I use Podawaa with my Company page?
Even though we do not recommend it (see why), it is totally possible to use Podawaa with your Company page. You will have to subscribe with a personal account first, but the price is exactly the same.
Can I use multiple accounts with Podawaa?
It is totally possible to use Podawaa for multiple accounts by following this tutorial. However, there is no centralized billing. You will need to subscribe for each account individually.
What are "premiums pods"?
In order for pod members to engage on a post, they must have a Chrome window open with Podawaa active. This greatly reduces the engagement rate. Premium pods work around this limit by placing accounts on a virtual machine. So Premium pods are open to 24/7 engagement.
Can I downgrade?
If the features offered in a plan don't work for you, it is totally possible to downgrade to a cheaper plan.
What does the free trial allow for?
The free trial gives you access to all the paid features, as well as the ability to request up to 500 likes.
