These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Podawaa tool, provided by Podawaa ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using Podawaa, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Podawaa is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to help users boost engagement on their LinkedIn or X (Twitter) posts. By using this service, you expressly acknowledge and accept that your LinkedIn or X (Twitter) account may be used to like and comment on posts from other users within the community.
Unless you are subscribed to a premium plan (Elite and Gold) that explicitly excludes community participation requirements, your LinkedIn or X (Twitter) account may be used automatically by Podawaa to perform engagement activities (likes, comments, or other interactions) within the community. These interactions may be executed via the Chrome extension, through cloud-based systems, or by any other technical means.
If you do not wish for your account to be used in this way, you must either:
A Single account is designed for individual users who wish to boost engagement on their own LinkedIn or X (Twitter) profile. Single accounts are tied to one user and one personal profile.
An Agency account is designed for marketing agencies, social media managers, or businesses managing multiple clients or team members. Agency accounts allow:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to any third party without Podawaa's prior written consent.
Podawaa operates as a mutual engagement community powered by AI. By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree that:

Podawaa offers various subscription plans with different features, engagement limits, and pricing. All plan details are available at app.podawaa.com and may be modified at any time.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Podawaa reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts for:
Fraud detection systems are used. No appeal or refund applies.
Podawaa reserves the absolute right to moderate, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any account at any time, without prior notice and without obligation to provide any explanation or justification. Grounds for such action include, but are not limited to:
• Abuse of the platform or its features
• Fraudulent activity or attempted fraud
• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Behavior that poses a risk to the platform, its users, or its reputation
• Suspicious or abnormal account activity
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Violation of LinkedIn's or X's (Twitter) terms of service
• Any other reason deemed appropriate by Podawaa at its sole discretion
You acknowledge and agree that Podawaa is under no obligation to:
• Provide any reason for account suspension, restriction, or termination
• Respond to inquiries regarding moderation decisions
• Reinstate any suspended or terminated account
• Provide any appeal process or review of moderation decisions
Upon suspension or termination of your account:
• All access to the service will be immediately revoked
• Any unused engagement allowances will be forfeited
• No refunds will be issued
• Podawaa may retain or delete your data at its sole discretion
You may stop using Podawaa at any time by canceling your subscription. Eligible premium plan subscribers may limit the usage of their account for engaging with others' posts. If you wish to permanently terminate your account with Podawaa, please contact us at hello@podawaa.com.
BY USING PODAWAA, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTAND, AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING:
• Podawaa automates engagement actions on your LinkedIn or X (Twitter) account, including but not limited to likes, comments, reactions, follows, and profile visits
• These automated actions are performed through technical means including browser extensions, cloud-based systems, and other automated processes
• The use of such automation tools may violate LinkedIn's and/or X's (Twitter) terms of service, community guidelines, or acceptable use policies
• LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or any other platform may detect, restrict, or penalize accounts that use third-party automation tools
• You are voluntarily choosing to use Podawaa with full knowledge of these risks
You understand and accept that your use of Podawaa may result in, including but not limited to:
• Temporary or permanent suspension of your LinkedIn or X (Twitter) account
• Complete banning or deactivation of your account
• Shadow banning (reduced visibility without explicit notification)
• Restricted reach, impressions, or engagement on your content
• Loss of account features, privileges, or functionalities
• Removal or loss of connections, followers, or network
• Flagging of your account for review or suspicious activity
• Damage to your professional reputation
• Loss of business opportunities
• Any other adverse consequences imposed by LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or third parties
YOU HEREBY VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF PODAWAA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• All risks arising from the automated nature of the service
• All risks arising from the use of your account credentials by Podawaa systems
• All risks arising from engagement actions performed on your behalf
• All risks arising from the mutual engagement community model
• All risks of detection, restriction, or penalty by LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or any third party
This assumption of risk is made freely, voluntarily, and with full knowledge of the potential consequences.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE, RELEASE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE PODAWAA, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, AND SUCCESSORS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSES, AND LIABILITIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:
• Any action taken by LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or any third party against your account
• Any reduction in visibility, reach, or engagement on your content
• Any loss of data, connections, followers, or content
• Any damage to your reputation or business
• Any financial losses of any kind
• Any other consequence arising from your use of Podawaa
By creating an account and using Podawaa, you confirm that:
• You have read and understood this section in its entirety
• You have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice before agreeing to these Terms
• You are entering into this agreement freely and voluntarily
• You accept full responsibility for any consequences resulting from your use of Podawaa
• You understand that Podawaa's technical contribution to the engagement process does not create any duty of care or liability toward you regarding third-party platform actions
PODAWAA MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING:
• The safety or security of your LinkedIn or X (Twitter) account
• The compliance of Podawaa's services with any third-party platform's terms of service
• The likelihood of account restrictions or penalties
• The detectability of automated actions by third-party platforms
• Any outcome or result from using the service
Your continued use of Podawaa after reading these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of all risks described herein and your continued waiver of all related claims.
Users are fully responsible for all actions performed through their accounts.
Podawaa disclaims all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Engagement is variable and not guaranteed.
Refunds are available under strict conditions within 7 days, subject to Podawaa’s discretion.
You agree to indemnify Podawaa against all claims arising from your use.
All Podawaa assets are protected and may not be reused without consent.
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by French law. Arbitration takes place in Paris, France.
Invalid provisions do not affect remaining terms.
