HeyReach is built for outbound agencies: many LinkedIn sender accounts, one inbox, an API and a white-label option. Podawaa is built for people and teams who post on LinkedIn and want those posts to reach the right audience. If you're an agency choosing a stack for clients, you may need both. Facts and prices checked on October 9, 2026.

What HeyReach Does Well
- Rotating many LinkedIn sender accounts in one campaign
- A unified inbox across senders
- API, webhooks and an MCP server for Clay and CRM workflows
- Agency plans: $999 a month for 25 senders, $2,999 for unlimited
The Trade-offs
LinkedIn's own help center says it doesn't allow third-party software or extensions that add contacts or send messages for you, and that accounts using them can be restricted (LinkedIn Help, article a1341387). Invitations are also capped at roughly 100 a week, Premium and Sales Navigator included.
On March 25, 2026, LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page and its founders' profiles. HeyReach's CEO wrote that the software kept running and that LinkedIn had done the same to other outreach vendors. On Trustpilot, HeyReach scores 4.0/5 on 51 reviews, with complaints about slower support, disconnected sessions and no refunds.
What Podawaa Does for Agencies
Agencies use Podawaa to grow the personal profiles they manage: the founder's, the CEO's, the sales team's. Each account is boosted on its own audience. Pricing is per account; see our agency page.
- Boost a post and real LinkedIn members who match your language and industry react and comment in the hours after you publish.
- Targeting by language (English, French, Spanish) and, from Scale, by industry.
- AI comments written for each post, in the post's language, from Scale.
- Growth Autopilot boosts your new posts as soon as they go live, so the first hour is never wasted.
- Paid plans are Private: your account never engages for others and no browser extension is needed. The free plan uses the Chrome extension.
- Fair usage: if a boost falls short after 72 hours of retries, it isn't counted in your plan's usage.
Podawaa never sends invitations or messages from your account. On paid plans your account doesn't engage for anyone else either.
Pricing: free plan with 5 boosts a month, no card. Paid plans are Scale €59, Accelerate €89 and Dominate €159 a month (excl. VAT), or −17% billed yearly. Weekly plans start at 80% off the first week. Refund within 30 days of payment. Prices checked on October 9, 2026.
Which One Should You Choose?
- HeyReach if you run outbound campaigns for clients at volume.
- Podawaa if you grow your clients' visibility through their own posts.
- Both if your clients want inbound and outbound: posts that get seen make the outbound messages that follow land better.
No tool can make boosted activity invisible to LinkedIn, and LinkedIn can restrict any account it considers abusive. Podawaa spreads reactions over hours, uses real profiles from the same language and market, and on paid plans your own account never engages for anyone else. That lowers the risk; it does not remove it, and we would rather say so than promise zero risk.
