Taplio and Podawaa get compared a lot, but they solve two different problems. Taplio helps you write, schedule and prospect on LinkedIn. Podawaa makes sure a post you already published gets seen by the right people in the hours that decide its reach.
If your posts are good but nobody sees them, a better writing tool will not fix that. If you have nothing to post, a reach tool will not fix that either. This comparison helps you tell which problem you have. Prices and features were checked on October 9, 2026.

What Taplio Does Well
Taplio is one of the most complete LinkedIn writing suites. It claims more than 12,000 users and offers:
- An AI writer trained on more than 3 million LinkedIn posts, with a feed of viral posts for inspiration
- Scheduling at your best time slot, plus profile and post analytics
- AI-assisted comments you post yourself
- On the Pro plan, outbound features: keyword-triggered comments, automatic replies and likes, DMs and connection requests sent from your account
If writing is the bottleneck, Taplio is a serious option and is stronger than Podawaa there.
Where Taplio Stops
Taplio does not put your post in front of anyone new. Every tool in its suite works on your side of the post: what you write, when you publish it, who you message. Once the post is live, the audience it reaches is whatever LinkedIn decides to show it to, and LinkedIn decides largely on the first hour of engagement.
That is the gap most creators hit after a few months of consistent posting: the quality goes up, the impressions don't. We wrote about it in why your LinkedIn posts get no reach.
Users also report billing friction on Trustpilot (3.6/5 on 20 reviews when we checked): renewals charged without a clear reminder and cancellation that is hard to find. Taplio offers a 30-day refund, so ask for it if that happens to you.
What Podawaa Does Instead
Podawaa is a distribution tool. You publish on LinkedIn as usual, and Podawaa brings real, relevant people to the post:
- Boost a post and real LinkedIn members who match your language and industry react and comment in the hours after you publish.
- Targeting by language (English, French, Spanish) and, from Scale, by industry.
- AI comments written for each post, in the post's language, from Scale.
- Growth Autopilot boosts your new posts as soon as they go live, so the first hour is never wasted.
- Paid plans are Private: your account never engages for others and no browser extension is needed. The free plan uses the Chrome extension.
- Fair usage: if a boost falls short after 72 hours of retries, it isn't counted in your plan's usage.
Podawaa also has Studio for AI writing (30 AI posts a month on Accelerate, unlimited on Dominate), scheduling and drafts. It is useful, but it is not why people pay for Podawaa: they pay for the reach.
Pricing: free plan with 5 boosts a month, no card. Paid plans are Scale €59, Accelerate €89 and Dominate €159 a month (excl. VAT), or −17% billed yearly. Weekly plans start at 80% off the first week. Refund within 30 days of payment. Prices checked on October 9, 2026.
Account Safety: a Fair Comparison
Taplio's Pro outbound features act from your account: comments, likes, DMs and connection requests. That is useful for prospecting, and it is also the kind of activity LinkedIn watches most closely, so keep volumes human.
No tool can make boosted activity invisible to LinkedIn, and LinkedIn can restrict any account it considers abusive. Podawaa spreads reactions over hours, uses real profiles from the same language and market, and on paid plans your own account never engages for anyone else. That lowers the risk; it does not remove it, and we would rather say so than promise zero risk.
Pricing Compared

| Mid | Accelerate €89 / month | Growth $69 / month ($49 billed yearly) |

Is Podawaa a Taplio alternative?
Only partly. Podawaa has AI writing and scheduling, but its main job is distribution. Most people who switch from Taplio to Podawaa do it because their posts were well written and still not seen.
Can I use Taplio and Podawaa together?
Yes. Taplio publishes the post, and Podawaa's Growth Autopilot boosts it as soon as it goes live. The two tools do not overlap on distribution.
Does Taplio increase reach?
Taplio helps you write posts that are more likely to perform and publish them at better times. It does not bring readers to the post; reach still depends on how your network responds in the first hour.
Is there a free version of Podawaa?
Yes. The free plan gives 5 boosts a month with no card. It uses the Chrome extension; paid plans don't.
