Waalaxy is one of the most popular LinkedIn prospecting tools in Europe, with more than 200,000 users. Podawaa is not a prospecting tool. So why compare them? Because both answer the same founder question, "how do I get clients from LinkedIn?", in opposite ways. Waalaxy goes to the prospect. Podawaa makes sure the prospect has already seen you. Facts and prices checked on October 9, 2026.

What Waalaxy Does Well
- Ready-made sequences: invitation, message, follow-up
- Import from LinkedIn search or Sales Navigator
- CRM sync and email finder, plus cold email on the Business plan
- A friendly interface and a low entry price for a solo founder
- A strong Trustpilot rating: 4.8/5 on about 1,300 reviews
If you have a clear target list and a clear offer, Waalaxy will start conversations faster than any content strategy.
The Trade-offs
LinkedIn's own help center says it doesn't allow third-party software or extensions that add contacts or send messages for you, and that accounts using them can be restricted (LinkedIn Help, article a1341387). Invitations are also capped at roughly 100 a week, Premium and Sales Navigator included.
Users regularly report the same pattern on review sites: reply rates drop as volumes go up, and accounts that push too many invitations get restricted without warning. Waalaxy's own blog documents ways to work around the weekly cap, which tells you how central that limit is to the product.
What Podawaa Does Instead
- Boost a post and real LinkedIn members who match your language and industry react and comment in the hours after you publish.
- Targeting by language (English, French, Spanish) and, from Scale, by industry.
- AI comments written for each post, in the post's language, from Scale.
- Growth Autopilot boosts your new posts as soon as they go live, so the first hour is never wasted.
- Paid plans are Private: your account never engages for others and no browser extension is needed. The free plan uses the Chrome extension.
- Fair usage: if a boost falls short after 72 hours of retries, it isn't counted in your plan's usage.
Podawaa never sends invitations or messages from your account. On paid plans your account doesn't engage for anyone else either.
Pricing: free plan with 5 boosts a month, no card. Paid plans are Scale €59, Accelerate €89 and Dominate €159 a month (excl. VAT), or −17% billed yearly. Weekly plans start at 80% off the first week. Refund within 30 days of payment. Prices checked on October 9, 2026.
Why the Two Work Better Together
An outreach message lands differently when the person has already seen your name. If your last three posts showed up in their feed, with comments from people in their own industry, your DM isn't cold anymore. That's the part Podawaa handles: it gets your posts in front of the right audience, so outreach starts from recognition.
Which One Should You Choose?
- Waalaxy if you have a named list of prospects and need conversations this month.
- Podawaa if you post on LinkedIn and nobody sees it, or if you'd rather prospects come to you.
- Both if you prospect people who don't know you yet: be seen first, message second.
No tool can make boosted activity invisible to LinkedIn, and LinkedIn can restrict any account it considers abusive. Podawaa spreads reactions over hours, uses real profiles from the same language and market, and on paid plans your own account never engages for anyone else. That lowers the risk; it does not remove it, and we would rather say so than promise zero risk.
💡 Make your next DM a warm one. Podawaa puts your posts in front of your prospects' industry first.

Is Podawaa an alternative to Waalaxy?
Not directly. Waalaxy sends invitations and messages; Podawaa gets your posts seen by a relevant audience. Many founders use content to warm up the people they later contact.
Can Waalaxy get my LinkedIn account restricted?
LinkedIn says it doesn't allow software that sends invitations or messages for you, and users report restrictions when volumes are high. Keep volumes human and stay under the weekly invitation cap.
Does Podawaa send messages for me?
No. Podawaa never sends invitations or messages from your account.
